1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Technova GPU compute, AI solutions and platform services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

Technova Information Ltd provides heterogeneous GPU compute (AMD and NVIDIA across Bare Metal, Virtual Machines and Containers), RoCE & InfiniBand networking, high-performance storage, managed Slurm and Kubernetes, and vertical AI solutions including AI Token Foundry, Intelligent Automation and Bioinformatics Computing. All resources are manually deployed and delivered by our engineering team across our data centres in Glasgow, London (UK) and Texas (US).

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use services for unlawful activities.
• Do not attempt to circumvent resource isolation.
• Respect all UK and EU laws, including data protection legislation.

4. Billing

All pricing is customised based on configuration and term. Invoices are issued in GBP. Contact sales@technovainfo.co.uk for billing inquiries.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
