Roles

Technova Information Ltd acts as Data Controller for tenant relationship data. Where model providers process prompts on our instruction, they act as Data Processors under our DPA terms.

UK IDTA Reference

Where any international transfer could arise, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) and the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. Compute and storage data does not leave the UK for UK customers. Email delivery via Feishu (Lark) SMTP may involve limited metadata processing outside the UK/EEA, as described in our Privacy Policy Section 5.

Sub-processors

• Self-hosted UK fabric (Glasgow & London) — GPU compute & storage
• Self-hosted US fabric (Texas) — GPU compute for United States workloads
• UK-based model endpoints — LLM inference
• UK-resident billing provider — invoicing only
• Feishu Corporation (Lark International) — SMTP email delivery for contact forms, quote requests and support tickets. Email metadata may be processed outside the UK/EEA under the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Privacy policy: larksuite.com/en-US/privacy
